摘　　要：微格训练、翻转课堂、校外导师制是各院校目前广泛实行的师范生教学技能实训模式。聘请一线初高中教师担任校内课程主讲教师,聘请与师范专业相关的优秀人才来学校讲学,以培养师范生基础专业技能为起点,发挥校外力量,加强日常训练,积极参与各级别教学技能训练比赛,最大程度提高师范生的教学能力。Microtraining,flipped classroom and off campus tutor system are the teaching skill training models widely implemented in various colleges.Teachers from the first tier junior and senior high schools are employed as the main teachers of the school courses,and talents related to normal major are also employed to give lectures cultivate students’basic professional skills are the starting point.They pay attention to exerting the strength outside the school,strengthen the daily training management,actively participate in the teaching skill training competition at all levels,and improve the teaching ability of normal students to the greatest extent.
