摘  要:通过建立以专业知识和能力为载体的非专业能力和专业能力测评模型,利用观察法和情景模拟法对汽车检测与维修专业高职一年级第一学期的学生进行综合职业能力测评。对学生信息获取、沟通展示、团队合作、计划决策、自我管理、职业态度、英语运用、规范、安全与环保和专业技术九方面的非专业能力进行分析,确定今后的教学中,在教师、学生以及测评等方面改革方向。Through the establishment of professional knowledge and ability as the carrier of non professional ability and professional ability evaluation model, using the observation method and scenario simulation method to test the comprehen-sive professional ability of the students in the first semester of the first year of automobile testing and maintenance major. This paper analyzes the non professional abilities of students in information acquisition, communication and display, team cooperation, planning and decision-making, self-management, professional attitude, English application, standardization, safety and environmental protection and professional technology, and determines the direction of reform in teachers, students and evaluation in the future teaching.
