摘　　要：高职院校特色专业集群的建设,其目的在于通过将不同产业结构的知识体系,引入到专业课程内容的设置与完善之中,不断提高相关专业的联动性、产业结构发展革新的弱区域性。围绕高职院校特色专业群的建设,对不同高职院校优势学科、特色专业课程的发展方向作出分析探讨,制定明确的专业集群化的人才培养方案,优化资源配置,推动校企特色专业集群资源的协调,提升专业人才培养质量。The construction of characteristic specialty groups in higher vocational colleges aims to improve the linkage of related specialties and the weak regional development and innovation of industrial structure by introducing the knowledge system of different industrial structures into the setting and improvement of professional courses. Focusing on the construction of characteristic specialty groups in higher vocational colleges, this paper makes an analysis and discussion on the development direction of the advantageous disciplines and characteristic specialty courses in different higher vocational colleges, formulates a clear talent training program of professional clustering, optimizes the resource allocation, promotes the coordination of the resources of school and enterprise characteristic specialty groups, and improves the quality of professional talent training.
