摘 要:食用菌实践教学作为农林院校教育环节中非常重要的部分,需要引起足够的重视。通过调查研究,发现当前农林院校食用菌课程建设存在的问题,探析农林院校食用菌实践教学模式的改革,实现创新创业人才培养的目标,为食用菌产业发展提供智力支撑。As an emerging agricultural industry,the edible fungi industry with a long history has unique development advantages.It meets the requirements of ecological agriculture and circular economy development,accordingly showing steady improvements in its yield and production value year by year and causing increasing demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The problems existing in the current construction of edible fungi courses were ascertained after broader investigations at agricultural and forestry colleges.Reforms in the practical teaching mode of edible fungi were further explored to achieve the goal of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.It will provide intellectual support for the development of edible fungi industry.
