摘　　要：目的:探讨舍曲林联合团体认知催眠疗法在青少年抑郁性神经症中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月在广东省中山市人民医院接受治疗的120例青少年抑郁性神经症患者作为研究对象。根据不同治疗措施分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组给予舍曲林联合常规心理辅导治疗,观察组给予舍曲林联合团体认知催眠疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状自评(SCL-90)评分、睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SCL-90评分、PSQI评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舍曲林联合团体认知催眠疗法在处理青少年抑郁性神经症中具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the value of Sertraline combined with group cognitive hypnotherapy in adolescent depressive neurosis.Method:From August 2018 to August 2019,120 adolescent depressive neurosis patients who treated in Zhongshan People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected as the study objects.According to the different treatment measures,the patients were divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).The control group was given Sertraline combined with conventional psychological counseling,and the observation group was given Sertraline combined with group cognitive hypnotherapy.The clinical efficacy,symptom self-evaluation(SCL-90),sleep quality index(PSQI)and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SCL-90 score,PSQI score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sertraline combined with group cognitive hypnotherapy has high application value in the treatment of adolescent depressive neurosis.
