摘 要:当前,我国教育事业实现了突飞猛进的发展,特别是职业学校有了更大程度地突破和发展,为我国国民经济的发展和教育事业的进步做出了极大的贡献。针对财经类高职院校而言,在教育教学过程中,要着重分析和探讨学生的职业技能和职业精神有效融合等相关方面的问题,着重考虑通过怎样的教育载体使学生职业技能和职业精神融合培育,形成常态化、长效化,这也是职业教育领域持续关注的焦点问题。基于此,针对性的分析和探讨财经类高职院校学生职业技能与职业精神融合的内涵、必要性、存在的困境以及相对应的应对策略等相关内容,以期能为高职院校教育教学改革提供一定的参考和启示,为我国的职业教育良性发展做出一定的贡献。At present,China's educational cause has developed rapidly,in particular,vocational schools have a greater degree of breakthrough and development,which has made great contributions to the development of China's national economy and the progress for the cause of education.It is important for finance and economics vocational colleges to analyze and discuss the problems related to the effective integration of students'vocational skills and vocational spirit in the process of education and teaching.And what kind of education carrier should be taken into consideration to make students'vocational skills and vocational spirit be integrated and cultivated,so as to form normalization and long-term transformation,which is also the focus of continuing concern in the field of vocational education.This paper analyzes and discusses the connotation,necessity,existing predicament and corresponding coping strategies of the integration of vocational skills and vocational spirit of finance and economics students in higher vocational colleges in order to provide some reference and inspiration for the reform of higher vocational education and make contribution to the sound development of vocational education in China.
