摘　　要：利用药品电子监管码作为药品追溯码,建立医院内血液制品应用闭环,实现“一件一码,物人互追”。在血液制品调配和使用环节,通过扫描药品电子监管码,建立医院血液制品追溯记录。利用血液制品电子监管码作为追溯码,建立了血液制品应用闭环管理流程,实现了血液制品的追溯管理。The pharmaceutical electronic supervision code was used as the pharmaceutical tracing code to establish closed-loop management of blood products in hospitals to realize"one code for one piece,tracing things and people from each other".In the preparation and use of blood products,the trace records of hospital blood products were established by scanning the electronic supervision code of medications.The blood products electronic monitoring code was used as the tracing code to establish the blood product application closed-loop management process and realize the blood product tracing management.
