PDCA循环管理在心血管内科低年资护士应急能力培训中的价值体会

摘　　要：目的在心血管内科低年资护士应急能力培训中引入PDCA循环管理的价值进行研究、判定。方法在2017年6月-2019年6月期间选择50名低年资护士为试验对象,根据的护理的患者住院号奇偶数分组,各25名,对照组实施常规教学管理,观察组实施PDCA循环管理,并对比两组护士的实践技能评分、理论知识评分、教学满意度评分及护理不良事件发生率。结果观察组心血管内科低年资护士经PDCA循环管理干预的实践技能评分为(90.32±7.37)分,理论知识评分为(90.87±6.99)分,教学满意度评分为(92.41±6.88)分,高于对照组的实践技能评分为(78.89±7.21)分、理论知识评分为(79.33±6.50)分,教学满意度评分为(80.45±6.51)分(P<0.05)。且护理不良事件发生率为4.00%低于对照组(χ~2=4.153,P<0.05)。结论心血管内科低年资护士应急能力培训中引入PDCA循环管理具有重大的临床价值,可提高护士的理论、实践水平,可推广实施。Objective To study and determine the value of introducing PDCA cycle management in the training of emergency ability for young nurses in cardiovascular medicine. Methods During the period from June 5, 2017 to June 5, 2019, 50 young senior nurses were selected as test subjects, and they were grouped according to the odd and even number of the hospitalization number of the patients cared for. The control group implemented routine management, the observation group implemented PDCA cycle management, and compared the two groups of nurses’ practical skills score, theoretical knowledge score, teaching satisfaction score, and incidence of nursing adverse events. Results The scores of the practical skills of low-age nurses in cardiovascular medicine in the observation group after PDCA cycle management intervention were(90.32±7.37)points,the theoretical knowledge score was(90.87±6.99)points, and the teaching satisfaction score was(92.41± 6.88)points, higher than the control group, the practical skill score was(78.89±7.21)points, the theoretical knowledge score was(79.33±6.50)points,and the teaching satisfaction score was(80.45 ±6.51)points,(P <0.05). And the incidence of nursing adverse events was4.00%,which was lower than the control group,(χ~2=4.153,P<0.05). Conclusion The introduction of PDCA cycle management in the training of emergency ability for young nurses in cardiovascular medicine has great clinical value, which can improve the theory and practice level of nurses and can be promoted.
