摘 要:目的分析神经内科实习生创新带教指导理念。方法该次研究将2018年1月—2019年1月神经内科实习生60名,按教学方式的不同分成两组。传统跟班制带教方式的30名实习生编排为对照组,进行CBL教学模式的另外30名实习生设定为实验组。针对两组实习生的满意度、实践操作成绩、理论知识掌握成绩进行分析和对比。结果对照组实习生的满意度要差于实施CBL教学模式的实验组,且对照组实习生的实践操作成绩及理论知识掌握成绩均低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受CBL教学模式的神经内科实习生的学习效果较好,其实践操作能力及理论知识掌握能力均明显提升,且实习生对该种教学方式的满意程度较高,具有推广使用的价值。Objective To analyze the guiding concepts of innovative teaching of neurological interns.Methods This study targeted neurological intern trainees and selected 60 interns from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The 30 interns in the traditional follow-up mode were arranged as the control group,and the other 30 interns who conducted the CBL teaching mode were set as the experimental group.Analyze and compare the two groups of interns'satisfaction,practical performance,and theoretical knowledge.Results The satisfaction rate of the trainees in the control group was worse than that in the experimental group implementing the CBL teaching mode,and the practical performance and theoretical knowledge of the trainees in the control group were lower than the experimental group,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The learning effect of neurology intern who accepts CBL teaching mode is better,and his practical ability and theoretical knowledge grasp ability are obviously improved,and the intern is more satisfied with this teaching method,which has the value of popularization and use.
