韩国大学评估特征探析及对我国“双一流”建设评价的启示

摘　　要：韩国大学评价适应社会发展需求,第三方评价成为主体,推动韩国建设世界一流大学,提升大学的国际竞争力。韩国大学评估满足大学发展需求,评估类型多样化;适应大学发展变化,评估指标和权重动态化;提高评估可信度,评估数据来源多元化。我国"双一流"建设应实现分类评价,构建科学的评价体系;突出服务贡献,创建开放的评价维度;实施常态评价,建立信息化的动态监测平台。Meeting the social development needs, South Korea’s third-party university evaluation becomes the key evaluation player, which promotes the construction of world-class university in South Korea and enhances the universities’ international competitiveness. Satisfying the needs of university development, types of Korean evaluation are diversified.Adapting to the development of universities, the evaluation indicator and weight are dynamic. Improving the evaluation credibility, the evaluation data sources are diversity in channel. China’s"double first-class"construction should achieve classified evaluation, build a scientific evaluation system;highlight service contributions, create an open evaluation dimension;implement normal evaluation, and establish an information-based dynamic monitoring platform.
