摘　　要：纯电动汽车是今后新能源汽车发展的主流,分析和研究了换电式纯电动汽车运营模式,制定了基于电池租赁模式的收费方案和计费标准,据此设计了换电式纯电动汽车收费流程,并提出了相关新增配套装置。Pure electric vehicle is the mainstream of the development of new energy vehicles in the future.This paper analyzes and studies the operation mode of pure electric vehicle with electric change,formulates the charging scheme and charging standard based on the battery rental mode,designs the charging process of pure electric vehicle with electric change,and puts forward relevant new supporting devices.
