摘　　要：川菜是我国餐饮文化的重要代表,宜宾珙县麦秆画与川菜同属川渝文化,具有相同的精神气质和审美认知。因此,在川菜餐饮空间设计过程中,合理应用宜宾珙县麦秆画艺术,挖掘其审美内涵和精神理念,既可为川菜餐饮空间提供表达独特艺术审美的新素材,也有效拓宽了该技艺的传承空间。研究以当前川菜餐饮空间设计存在的问题为基础,分析宜宾珙县麦秆画在川菜餐饮空间中应用的可行性,从诠释生态美学、重视情感共鸣和打造品牌等多个视角,提出宜宾珙县麦秆画在川菜餐饮空间中的应用策略。Sichuan cuisine is an important representative of Chinese catering culture. Yibin Gongxian wheat straw picture and Sichuan cuisine belong to the same Sichuan and Chongqing culture, with the same spiritual temperament and aesthetic cognition. Therefore, in the design process of Sichuan cuisine catering space, reasonable application of Yibin Gongxian straw painting art, mining the aesthetic connotation and spiritual concept interpreted therein, not only provides a new material for unique artistic aesthetic expression of Sichuan cuisine catering space, but also effectively broaden the inheritance space of the art. Based on the problems existing in the current Sichuan cuisine space design, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the application of Yibin Gongxian wheat straw picture in Sichuan cuisine space, and puts forward the application strategies of Yibin Gongxian straw painting in Sichuan cuisine space from the perspectives of interpreting ecological aesthetics, paying attention to emotional resonance and building brands.
