摘 要:目的探讨医学留学生的中文水平考试成绩与眼科学临床实践技能学习成绩的相关性。方法选择就读于广州医科大学临床医学专业五年级留学生共28例进行研究。其中男16例,女12例,平均年龄为(21.2±0.12)岁,按照是否通过中国汉语水平考试(HSK)三级的情况,将学生分为A、B两组,A组为通过汉语水平考试三级13例;B组为未通过汉语水平考试三级15例。两组分别进行临床理论考试和临床实践技能考试。采用笔试、临床病例采集分析和操作技能考试,并分析各科考试具体得分的分数分布及得分差异。结果临床理论考试两组学生成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组的临床实践技能考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要表现为未通过汉语水平考试组的留学生在病史采集和医患沟通两方面分值差异最大,分别相差2.03分和1.44分(P<0.01)。其次为病历书写和人文素养,分别相差1.30分和1.05分(P<0.05),而临床操作技能两门考试分值差异最小,分别为0.72和0.70分(P<0.05)。汉语三级考试中听力和书写考试成绩和临床实践技能考试成绩呈正相关(r=0.897,P<0.05;r=0.723,P<0.05)。结论在中国留学的医学生,汉语水平的差异对临床学习效果有较明显的影响。【Objective】To explore the correlation between Chinese language level test score and clinical practice ability of ophthalmology in overseas medical students.【Methods】Twenty-eight senior overseas students from the Guangzhou Medical University were chosen as the subjects.There were 16 males and 12 females with an average age of(21.2±0.12)years.Group A(13 students)passed level 3 of Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi(HSK).Group B(15 students)didn't passed level 3 of HSK.The two groups were given the clinical theory test and the clinical practice skill test respectively.Written tests,clinical case collection and operational skills tests were adopted,and the specific score distribution and score difference in each subject examination between the two groups were analyzed.【Results】No statistical difference was found between the two groups in clinical theory test scores(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the clinical practice test score between the two groups(P<0.05).There was the biggest difference in medical history collection and medical communication,and the difference was 2.03 and 1.44(P<0.01).The difference values in ophthalmic medical record writing and humanistic accomplishment were 1.05 and 1.30(P<0.05).The minimum difference in scores of two tests in clinical skill were 0.72 and 0.70(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between listening,writing test and clinical practice test scores(r=0.897,P<0.05;r=0.723,P<0.05).【Conclusion】Among overseas medical students studying in China,the difference in Chinese level has a significant effect on clinical learning.
