初析影响产教融合的企业自身因素

摘　　要：从产教融合下企业的角度出发,简要说明企业在产教融合中的重要性,提出要尊重企业在产教融合中的主体性地位,尊重企业自身特征和发展规律,通过分析政府、学界、院校三个产教融合的相关方对于企业的态度,来探明当前企业在产教融合中的地位。对当前我国企业的数量、构成现状和企业规律、企业成本收益、企业文化等企业相关因素对产教融合的影响进行简单分析,最后提出关于产教融合的几点建议,以期对产教融合工作提供新的视角。From the perspective of enterprises under the integration of production and education,it briefly describes the importance of enterprises in the integration of production and education,and proposes to respect the subjective status of enterprises in the integration of production and education,respect the characteristics of enterprises and the law of development,and analyze the government,academic circles,and hospitals.The attitude of the three parties involved in the integration of production and education on the company's attitude to the current enterprise in the integration of production and education.A brief analysis of the impact of the current number of enterprises in China,the status quo and corporate law,corporate cost and income,corporate culture and other relevant factors on the integration of production and education,and finally put forward some suggestions for the integration of production and education,in order to work on the integration of production and education.Provide a new perspective.
