摘　　要：高等职业教育改革是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及到学校、企业和社会等各个方面。就其实质来说,就是培养适应社会需求的应用创新型人才。由学校牵头,政府、行业与企业共同参与,共同构建校企合作、产教融合的协同育人平台可以满足应用创新型人才培养的需求。本文以广西科技师范学院为例,从协同育人理念、修订人才培养方案和创新评价体系三个维度构建机制建设和体系建设两个板块内容,形成具有参考价值的改革成果。Higher vocational education reform is a complex and systematic project that involves all aspects of schools,businesses,and society.In terms of its nature,Higher vocational education reform is to cultivate applied innovative talents to meet the needs of the society.Led by the School,the government,industry and enterprises participate together to build a collaborative education platform for school-enterprise cooperation and integrating of production and education,which can meet the needs of the application of innovative talents.Taking the Guangxi Science&Technology Normal University as an example,this paper constructs mechanism construction and system construction from the three dimensions of collaborative education concepts,revised talent training programs,and innovative evaluation systems to form reform results with reference value.
