摘 要:以我国教师准入制度下的职前教师教学实践能力的考核机制为研究视角,对美、英、德等国与中国的报考门槛、考核标准、主考机构和操作流程等进行对比分析,发现我国教师准入制度下实践能力考试中考核频次过低、非专任考官影响信度;实践考核试题类型考生刷题可过、考核标准不当均严重影响效度。进而提出增加实践经历要求、专业机构承担考核、调整题型和改进考核评价标准来完善教学实践能力的考核制度。It focused on the testing mechanism of pre-service teachers’teaching accomplishment under Chinese Teaching Certificate Test.By comparison with American,British and German practice in application conditions,assessment criteria,test institution and operation procedure,low reliability which roots in low testing frequency and unprofessional examiner and low reliability which comes from question types and evaluation criteria are found.To make it a sound system,several measures were proposed which are requirements for teaching experience,tests’being undertaken by professional institution,reforming the testing questions types and improving the assessment criteria.
