摘  要:法律职业伦理是法律人追究的价值目标,但随着社会实践的发展,职业伦理开始由"自律"走向"他律",甚至成为了一种与毫无道德关系的"技术性指引规则"。职业伦理的"非道德性",使我国法学教育偏向于应用型人才的培养,忽略了更高了伦理道德关怀。因此,法学教育应当确立"以德为先"的目标,将学生的德性培育放到更高的位置。Legal professional ethics is the value goal pursued by legal persons,but with the development of social practice,professional ethics has begun to change from“self-discipline”to“heteronomy”,and even became a"technical guidance rule"without moral relationship.The“non-morality”of professional ethics has made China's legal education more focused on the cultivation of applied talents,and ignored the higher ethical and moral concerns.Therefore,legal education should establish the goal of“virtue first”and put the cultivation of students'virtue in a higher position.
