摘　　要："治未病"思想是中医学理论体系中非常重要的内容。《内经》中明确提到"治未病"者三处,《素问·四气调神大论篇》即为其中之一。该文以《素问·四气调神大论篇》为研究对象,剖析本篇"治未病"思想的发生及其内涵。提出:第一,"治未病"思想的发生肇源于对生命的重视。正因为重视生命,促使人们对生命"未病""已病"状态有了深入的认识,也进一步决定了人们对生命"未病"状态的关注,更造就了"治未病"思想的发生。第二,《素问·四气调神大论篇》提出的"治未病"思想,其内涵更多指代的是在"未病"状态时对正常生命规律的治理和调整,其以"防"为核心内容。文章基于《素问·四气调神大论篇》研究"治未病"思想,有利于从根源上正确认识"治未病"思想的发生、内涵,为进一步研究《内经》"治未病"思想的发展奠定基础。The idea of "preventive treatment of disease"is very important in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. There are three clear references in Neijing about"preventive treatment of disease",one of them is in Suwen·Argument on Four Qi Regulating Spirit. This paper takes Suwen·Argument on Four Qi Regulating Spirit as the research object to analyze the occurrence,connotation about the idea of "preventive treatment of disease". First,the emergence of the idea of "preventive treatment of disease"is originated from the emphasis on life. Because of the attention to life,that’ s what makes people having a deep understanding about the condition of"undiseased situation"and"diseased situation"of life,further determines people’s attention to the condition of"undiseased situation"of life and further results in the occurrence of the idea of"preventive treatment of disease". The idea of"preventive treatment of disease"proposed by Suwen·Argument on Four Qi Regulating Spirit refers to the governance and adjustment of normal laws of life in undiseased situation,which takes"preventing"as the core content. This paper studies the idea of"preventive treatment of disease"based on Suwen·Argument on Four Qi Regulating Spirit. This is conducive to understanding the occurrence and connotation of"preventive treatment of disease"from the root,laying a foundation for further research on the development of the idea of"preventive treatment of disease"in Neijing.
