摘  要:当代中国教育改革注重创新能力的培养,高校应培养创新性人才和具有创造力的综合性人才,以适应社会乃至于全球的需求和发展。普通高校舞蹈教育多是培养未来的中小学舞蹈教师,在传承中国民族民间舞蹈文化精髓的同时,传承、创新并发扬民族传统精神。文章通过分析目前普通高校中国民族民间舞的师资需求,师生比、教材使用与更新,结合教学实践,提出转换教学思路,以引导式教学、启发式教学、情境教学等多种手段综合教学,提升学生自主学习的兴趣和能力,达到培养创造性素养与文化理解素养的效果。The dance education in higher normal colleges and universities takes the cultivation of future dance teachers for primary and secondary schools as their responsibility. While inheriting the essence of Chinese ethnic and folk dance,they also inherit,innovate and carry forward the traditional national spirit. Higher education must primarily embody new teaching ideas,reform and innovative teaching,and cultivate innovative talents in accordance with the requirements of the new era. This paper will explore the topic from the following aspects: First,analyzing the present situation of ethic and folk dance classroom teaching in ordinary colleges and universities,including teaching situation of teachers,teacher-student ratio,the use and update of teaching materials,classroom situation;Second,combining with teaching practice,conducting in-depth research on the innovation of the ethnic and folk dance teaching system in colleges and universities;Third,giving constructive suggestions to the ethnic and folk dance classroom teaching in colleges and universities.
