摘 要:针对质子交换膜燃料电池空气传输系统的强耦合性、非线性和时变性特点,该文将多模态PID和传统PID控制方法用于140 kW燃料电池空气传输系统中,通过跟踪空压机出口空气质量流量进行实时控制,实现空气传输系统动态响应快,超调量小,稳态波动小的控制效果;能够满足车载质子交换膜燃料电池的实时动态工况要求;并从系统响应特性和能耗等方面比较2种控制方法的控制特性。As an efficient and clean new energy vehicle technology,the development of fuel cell car is widely valued.The air transmission system is the most important factor affecting the dynamic characteristics of the engine.According to the strong coupling,nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of air transmission system of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,multi-modal PID and traditional PID control method is used in 140 kW fuel cell air transmission system.It achieves the effect of the dynamic response quick,small amount of overshoot and small steady-state fluctuation of air transmission system through tracing the air mass flow rate at air compressor outlet and real-time control.The results indicate that it can meet the real-time dynamic condition of the vehicle proton exchange membrane fuel cell.The control characteristics of the two methods are compared from the system response performance and energy consumption.It has important practical significance.
