摘 要:目的探讨辅以微信平台的PBL(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学法应用于消化内科临床实习的效果。方法将2018年6月-2019年5月在盛京医院消化内科60名临床实习的本科生按随机数字表法分为PBL组及对照组,每组30名学生,其中PBL组采用辅以微信平台的PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,带教结束后评估两组的教学效果及学生的学习感受。结果PBL组学生的理论知识、文献检索、临床技能、病案分析的考核结果优于对照组(P<0.05),在教学满意度、学习积极性及学习效率上亦高于对照组(P<0.05);PBL组具有较好的教学效果及学习感受。结论辅以微信平台的PBL教学法适于在消化内科实习中的应用。Objective To explore the effect of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)supplemented by Wechat platform in clinical practice of gastroenterology.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,60 undergraduate students of clinical practice in Gastroenterology of Shengjing Hospital were were divided into PBL group and control group according to the random number table method,each group had 30 students,Problem-Based Learning supplemented by Wechat platform was used in PBL group,traditional teaching method was used in control group.Teaching effect and learning experience were evaluated after the end of clinical practice.Results The examination results of theoretical knowledge,literature search,clinical skills and medical record analysis of PBL group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),it was also higher than those of the control group in teaching satisfaction,learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency(P<0.05).PBL group had better teaching effect and learning experience.Conclusion PBL supplemented by Wechat platform was suitable for clinical practice of gastroenterology.
