摘　　要：提高高职院校贫困大学生自助能力具有十分重要的意义。贫困大学生自助能力的培养受到诸多因素的影响,攻克自卑心理是高职贫困生提升自助能力的基础,帮助高职贫困生自我醒悟是强化自助能力的核心,科学筹划职业生涯是加强高职贫困生自助能力的重要方式。在职业生涯发展背景下要提高贫困生的自助能力,可以从帮助贫困大学生自我醒悟、提升励志强能素养,进行职业生涯辅佐、改善职业发展水平,构建健全的可持续性资助育人机制、强化贫困生自助能力三方面进行。Improving the self-help ability of poor college students in higher vocational colleges is of great significance,but the cultivation of self-help ability of poor college students is affected by many factors.Overcoming inferiority complex is the basis for improving the self-help ability of poor students in higher vocational colleges,and raising poor students'self-awareness is the core of strengthening autonomy,and scientific career planning is an important way to strengthen the self-help ability of poor students in higher vocational colleges.In the context of career development,to improve the self-help ability of poor students,we should raise poor college students'self-awareness,enhance their quality,guide their career planning,improve the level of their career development,and build a sound and sustainable mechanism for education through financial assistance.
