摘　　要：当前就业形势依然较为严峻,就业指导课程作为思政育人的重要环节,其重要性不容忽视。本文以农林类高职院校为例,阐明其在就业指导课程方面存在的不足,结合创新创业视角,探索就业指导课程的改革策略,以期推动农林类高职院校就业指导教育的发展。At present,the employment situation is still rather grave.As an important part of ideological and political education,the importance of employment guidance courses cannot be ignored.Taking the agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges as an example,the paper expounds their shortcomings in employment guidance courses.From the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship,we explore the reform strategy of employment guidance courses,so as to promote the development of guidance education in agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges.
