宪法学应作为高校通识教育课程

摘　　要：宪法学通识教育是以高校非法学专业学生为对象而进行的宪法意识、宪法观念、宪法思维、宪法文化的教育。宪法学作为高等学校的通识课程,符合依法治国的时代背景;符合大学生成长的需要;符合我国的高等教育目标;符合通识教育的原则与理念。作为通识课程的宪法学,其教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、考核方式与法学专业的宪法学课程不同。Constitution Science in general education is to cultivate the non-law majors’ constitutional consciousness,constitutional ideas,constitutional thinking and constitutional cultures in colleges and universities. As a course of the general education,Constitution Science conforms to the era background of ruling a country by law,the demand of students’ growth,our higher education’s aims as well as the principles and ideas of the general education. Constitution Science in general education differs from that in law major,such as the teaching objectives,the teaching contents,the teaching methods and the assessing ways.
