摘 要:随着人工智能技术的快速发展,面向人工智能的新工科人才逐渐成为企业迫切需求的人才。为了改善人工智能热潮中新工科人才短缺的局面,提出与企业人才需求紧密结合的人才培养模式。对人工智能的兴起及兴起过程中对新工科人才的需求等内容进行探索与研究,从学校、企业与政府角度提出新工科人才培养面临的问题及解决办法,并以实际案例为参考对新工科人才培养模式提出建议。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,new engineering talents for artificial intelligence gradually become what enterprises urgenthy need,resulting in the shortage of new engineering talents for artificial intelligence.In order to improve the shortage of new engineering talents in the upsurge of artificial intelligence,we put forward a talent training model which is closely com⁃bined with the demand of new engineering talents.This paper explores and studies the demand for new engineering talents from the rise and rise of artificial intelligence,puts forward the problems and solutions to the training of new engineering talents from the point of view of schools,enterprises and the government,and some suggestions on the training mode of new engineering talents with the refer⁃ence of practical cases.
