浅谈当代高职生法律意识的培养路径

摘　　要：当代大学生是我国未来社会建设的主力军,中华民族的伟大复兴及宏伟中国梦的实现都将寄予他们。高职生的教育与培养成为不可忽视的人才力量,法律意识是人才培养必备的素养之一,法律意识的有无及程度高低不仅对高职生自身的成长和发展具有深远影响。本文站在培养高职生法律意识的角度,分析影响其法律意识形成的因素,寻找培养其法律意识的途径,为我国高职生法律意识的培养和提高提供相关建议。Contemporary college students are the main force of our country’s future social construction.They will be entrusted with the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the realization of the Grand Chinese dream.The education and training of higher vocational students have become a force of talents that can not be ignored.Legal consciousness is one of the necessary qualities for talent training.The existence and degree of legal consciousness not only have a profound impact on the growth and development of higher vocational students themselves.From the perspective of cultivating the legal consciousness of vocational college students,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the formation of their legal consciousness,seeks the ways to cultivate their legal consciousness,and provides relevant suggestions for the cultivation and improvement of their legal consciousness.
