高职院校学生请假现状调查及对策研究--以X职业学院为例

摘　　要：审核学生请假是高职院校日常学生管理工作的重要组成部分之一,充分了解高职学生的请假活动,有助于提高学校学生管理的效率,减少辅导员与教师的工作负担。文章以X职业学院学生为研究对象,用问卷与访谈调查的方式,发现该校学生请假活动中存在课堂因公请假情况较多、非正式请假较多、使用非真实理由请假等问题,产生这些问题的原因是多方面的,文章通过综合分析,从学生、教师、学校三个层面提出对策。Reviewing students’leave of absence is one of the important components of daily student management in higher vocational colleges.The fully understanding to the behaviors of higher vocational students of asking for leave can help improve the efficiency of student management and alleviate the burden of tutors and teachers.This essay takes students from X Vocational College as the research object,and applies the questionnaires and interviews survey methods.It is found that there are many problems in students’behavior of asking for leave,such as more class leave on business,more informal leave,and the use of non-real reasons for leave,and the causes of these problems are various.Through comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures from three levels:students,teachers and schools.
