摘　　要："天人合一"是运气学说的内核,《伤寒论》六经与"开阖枢"三阴三阳"六气"一脉相承。基于五运六气理论临床关键是在象思维的自然生命意蕴解读下,形成运气思维,实现以运气病机与"开阖枢"时相为主导的思辨模式,审证求机,构建时空、状态,立体维度的辨证体系。"The unity of heaven and man" is the core theory of Yun-Qi theory. The six meridians of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the six climatic factors of three-Yin and three-Yang of the "opening and closing pivot" are in the same. Based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, the clinical key is to form the thinking of Yun-Qi under the interpretation of the natural life meaning of image thinking, realize the thinking mode dominated by the pathogenesis of Yun-Qi and the "opening and closing pivot", examine and verify the mechanism, and construct the syndrome differentiation system of space-time, state and three-dimensional dimensions.
