摘　　要：本科教育是强国基础,而国际化人才培养则为我国实现跨越式发展提供持续动力,也是我国"一带一路"倡议的重要保证。本文首先论述我国进行国际化人才培养的背景及意义,阐述进行国际化人才培养的必要性;其次通过分析发达国家的国际化人才培养的方式和我国目前国际化人才培养的现状,总结出我国目前国际化人才培养的问题,为进行有针对性的改进提供目标。Undergraduate education is the foundation of a strong country, while international talent training provides continuous impetus for China to achieve leapfrog development, and is also an important guarantee for China’s "Belt and Road" initiative. This article first discusses the background and significance of international talent cultivation in China, and the necessity of international talent cultivation. Second, it analyzes the methods of international talent cultivation in developed countries and the current status of international talent cultivation in China, and summarizes the issue of international talent training and provides targets for targeted improvement.
