摘  要:以问题为导向的病例教学是近年来兴起的一种新的医学遗传学课程教学方法,该方法以临床病例为引导,结合各种病理机制进行理论教学。互动教学法是强调学生为主,老师为辅,通过加强学生和老师间的互动交流来促进传播知识的一种教学方法。本课题将问题为导向的病例教学法与互动教学法相结合,在引入病例机制分析模式的同时,鼓励学生主动参与思考与讨论,引导学生自学并应用多媒体技术在课堂上互相分享交流,提高了课程教学质量和学生的综合素质。Problem-based case teaching is a new teaching method of medical genetics which has been developing fast in recent years. This teaching method tries to explain the theory and basic knowledge by combining clinical cases and various pathological mechanisms. Interactive teaching method is a kind of student-centered and teacher-assisted teaching method, which improves knowledge dissemination by strengthening the interaction between students and teachers. This project combines problem-based case learning with interactive teaching method. With introduction of a certain clinical case, the project motivates students to participate in thinking and discussion, and thus guides students to learn by themselves. Furthermore, the students are also encouraged to use multimedia technology to share the ideas and communicate with their classmates. With this new teaching method, the teaching quality in classes and overall quality of students were obviously improved.
