摘 要:目的:探究分析循证医学教育在胆石症外科见习带教中的效果。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年6月在我院胆石症外科实习的70名本科生为本次研究对象,随机分为两组,常规组采用传统教学,研究组采用循证医学教育。见习结束后比较分析两组的理论知识成绩、临床实践技能和问卷调查结果。结果:与常规组学生相比,研究组学生理论知识分数和临床实践技能分数均明显偏高,两组之间均有显著性的差异(P<0.05,P<0.05);研究组学生的问卷调查各项结果均优于常规组,两组间有显著性的差异(P<0.05)。结论:把循证医学引入胆石症外科临床见习教学中能够明显提高教学质量,可以在临床教学中推广。Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of evidence-based medicine education in cholelithiasis surgery. Methods: 70 undergraduates who practiced in cholelithiasis surgery from September 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: the conventional group used traditional teaching and the research group used evidence-based medicine education. The results of theoretical knowledge, clinical practice and questionnaire were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the students in the routine group, the scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice skills of the students in the study group were significantly higher, with significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05, P < 0.05);the results of the questionnaire survey of the students in the study group were better than those in the routine group, with significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the introduction of evidence-based medicine into clinical probation teaching of cholelithiasis surgery can significantly improve the quality of teaching and can be popularized in clinical teaching.
