摘　　要：2019年全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛方案较以往大赛发生了很大的变化,备赛思路与技巧随之发生改变。基于个人的参赛经验和对大赛方案的解读,文章阐述了参赛流程、参赛作品及材料的准备和现场展示答辩环节的策略;并对课堂实录视频的录制和教学实施报告的撰写给出了详细建议。In 2019,the teaching ability competition plan of national vocational college skill competition has changed a lot compared with the previous competition,and the preparation ideas and skills have changed accordingly.Based on the personal experience and interpretation of the competition scheme,this paper expounds the process of the competition,the preparation of the entries and materials,and the strategies of the on-the-spot display of the defense link,and gives detailed suggestions on the recording of the real video in class and the writing of the teaching implementation report.
