摘  要:当代大学英语教师思辨力缺失。要从源头、根本解决此问题,必须阅读汉英经典。汉语经典阅读决定教师母语思维框架和思辨力强弱,英语经典阅读助力教师把握英语思维模式和精进思辨力。英语教师思辨能力增强,才能产出优秀的教学科研成果,才能创造既保留中国思维特质,又具备国际竞争力的优质英语教育。Nowadays teachers of many Colleges of Foreign Studies lack critical thinking abilities. To solve the problem in truly way, the teachers should read both Chinese and English classics. The Chinese classics reading shapes the mold of thinking, and English classics reading improves the thinking mode greatly. On the condition that the teachers’ critical thinking abilities greatly advance, the mental abilities of the students can be greatly inspired and boosted. Therefore the quality of Chinese higher education can be greatly improved as well.
