摘　　要：党的十八届五中全会关于新发展理念的表述中,"创新"列居首位。创新发展理念的形成既有着坚实的理论基础,又有着深刻的历史依据,还有着迫切的现实需求,是理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑的辩证统一。准确把握创新发展理念的理论逻辑、历史逻辑与现实逻辑,对于在新时代更好贯彻落实创新发展理念具有重要意义。In the statement of the new development concept at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee, "innovation" ranks first. The formation of the concept of innovative development has not only a solid theoretical basis, but also a profound historical basis, as well as urgent practical needs. It is the dialectical unity of theoretical logic, historical logic and realistic logic. It is of great significance to grasp the theoretical logic, historical logic and practical logic of the concept of innovative development in order to better implement the concept of innovative development in the new era.
