摘　　要：职业院校贫困生思想政治教育工作事关国家精准扶贫的深入开展,一直以来备受学校和社会的关注,本文针对当前职业院校贫困生群体比重高,个性问题突出,思政教育队伍不稳定,工作内容重"量"轻"质",工作方式缺乏亲和力与针对性等问题,提出职业院校贫困生思想政治教育工作需要学校抓住新时代特点,与家庭、社会形成多方合力,共同提升职业院校贫困生群体思想政治教育质量的对策。The ideological and political education of poor students in vocational colleges is closely related to the in-depth development of national targeted poverty alleviation,which has always attracted the attention of schools and society.In view of the current high proportion of poor students in vocational colleges,outstanding personality problems,unstable ideological and political education team,heavy"quantity"and light"quality"work content,lack of affinity and pertinence in work methods,this paper puts forward vocational colleges and universities The ideological and political education of the poor students needs schools to grasp the characteristics of the new era,form a multi-faceted joint force with families and society,and jointly improve the quality of Ideological and political education of the poor students in vocational colleges.
