摘　　要：在新课改的背景下,传统的高校思想政治教育工作已经不能够再适应新时期的教学需求,开始向着"以人为本"的实践化、综合化方向过渡。"以人为本"既是整个教育发展过程中的关键核心,也是落实当前高校思想政治教育工作的重要前提。文中从不同层面论述了"以人为本"对高校思想政治教育的意义,并针对如何在高校思想政治教育工作中发挥出"以人为本"的作用给出一些建议,以供参考。In the context of the new curriculum reform,the traditional ideological and political education in colleges and universities can no longer meet the teaching needs of the new era,and began to transition to the practical and comprehensive direction of"people-oriented"."People oriented"is not only the key core of the whole process of education development,but also the important premise of the implementation of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the significance of"people-oriented"in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities from different levels,and gives some suggestions on how to play the role of"people-oriented"in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities for reference.
