摘 要:提升班级整体教学质量一直是一线教师在教学过程中非常关注的问题,其中最棘手的问题是如何激励成绩较差的同学积极学习。本文针对上述问题,考虑到团队利益共同体策略,采用团队随机答辩和团队队员分数相同的考核方式,促使成绩较好的同学主动帮助成绩较差的同学;同时成绩较差的同学也会因为担心自己对团队整体成绩有不利影响,从而主动学习。本文分析了应用上述考核方式后,班级整体成绩的提升情况,数据表明,班内成绩一般和较差的同学对作业知识点的掌握程度明显提升,但成绩特别差的同学提高不明显。To improve the overall teaching quality of the class has always been a very concerned problem in the teaching process of the first-line teachers,the most difficult problem is how to encourage students with poor performance to actively study.In view of the above problems,considering the strategy of team interest community,this paper adopts the same assessment method of team random defense and team members’scores,so as to make the students with better scores actively help the students with lower scores;at the same time,the students with poor scores will take the initiative to learn because they are worried about their adverse impact on the overall performance of the team.This paper analyzes the improvement of the overall performance of the class after the application of the above-mentioned assessment methods.The data shows that the students with general and poor performance have significantly improved their mastery of homework knowledge points,but the students with particularly poor performance have not significantly improved.
