摘  要:作为教育教学的主要工作者教师,其在发展中由于时间地域等各方面的差异,并没有得到充分均衡的资源。教育资源共建共享一直是教育信息化的重点及热点,经过多年的建设研究,国家构建了许多正式的教育资源共享平台,但其资源价值并未得到充分利用。基于此设计教师移动交流平台,以此为阵地,打破以往传统的教师学习模式,以促进教师群体发展为核心任务,力求建设一个更加系统性、专业性和科学性的教师移动交流平台。As the main worker of education and teaching,teachers do not get adequate and balanced resources due to the differences in time,region and other aspects in their development.Co-construction and sharing of educational resources has always been the focus and hot spot of educational informatization.After years of construction research,the country has built many formal educational resource sharing platforms,but their resource value has not been fully utilized.Based on this,the mobile communication platform for teachers is designed to break the traditional learning mode of teachers and promote the development of teachers as the core task,so as to build a more systematic,professional and scientific mobile communication platform for teachers.
