摘　　要：基于国家对高校班主任工作的重视程度不断增加,以及专业课老师在与学生互动方面的天然优势等方面的考虑,专业课老师担任高校班主任正在成为一种趋势。明确高校班主任的职责,并形成一整套学生工作方法,是专业课老师担任高校班主任的必备素质。Based on the increasing emphasis of the state on the work of College head teachers and the consideration of the natural advantages of professional teachers in the interaction with students, it is becoming a trend for professional teachers to serve as college head teachers. It is a necessary quality for a professional teacher to be a head teacher of a university to make clear the responsibilities of the head teacher and form a set of working methods for students.
