摘 要:目的:探讨SimMan 3G教学系统在《急救护理学》实践教学中的应用效果。方法:采用回顾性方法分析,选取本校2017级1~12班的360名高职护生为研究对象,选取2017级1~6班的180名护生为对照组(给予传统实践教学),同时选取2017级7~12班的180名护生为观察组(给予SimMan 3G教学系统教学),比较两组护生自我效能感评分、理论成绩、技能成绩。结果:观察组护生自我效能感评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护生的理论成绩(96.34±5.34)分明显高于对照组护生的(82.23±4.34)分(P<0.05)。观察组护生的各项技能考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:《急救护理学》实践教学中采用SimMan 3G教学系统可提高护生理论知识掌握度,培养实践能力及创造能力,具有显著教学效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of SimMan 3G teaching system in the practical teaching of Emergency Nursing.Methods:By retrospective analysis,360 higher vocational nursing students from class 1~12 of grade 2017 in our school were selected as the research objects,180 nursing students from class 1~6 of grade 2017 were selected as the control group(traditional practical teaching),and 180 nursing students from class 7~12 of grade 2017 were selected as the experimental group(SimMan 3G teaching system teaching).The scores of self-efficacy,theory and skill of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results:The self-efficacy score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The theory scores in the experimental group(96.34±5.34)were significantly higher than those in the control group(82.23±4.34)(P<0.05).The results of skill assessment of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SimMan 3G teaching system in the practical teaching of Emergency Nursing can improve the mastery of nursing theory knowledge,cultivate practical ability and creative ability,which has significant teaching effect.
