摘  要:表观遗传修饰在细胞的正常生长发育及肿瘤发生的过程中均发挥重要功能,且在肿瘤发生早期就会有显著改变。基因组不稳定性是肿瘤细胞的重要特征之一,对表观遗传修饰与基因组不稳定性关系的研究有利于未来进一步了解肿瘤发生的机制,为临床上癌症的早期诊断及治疗提供合理的依据。本文综述了部分表观遗传修饰的功能和机制,以及这些表观遗传修饰的改变与肿瘤细胞基因组不稳定性的关系。Epigenetic modifications which have significant changes in the early stage of tumorigenesis play a critical role in the process of normal cell growth and development as well as in tumorigenesis.Genomic instability is one of the important features of tumors.Studying the relationship between epigenetic modifications and genomic instability will help to further understand the mechanisms of tumorigenesis,which will provide reasonable evidence for the early clinical diagnoses and therapies of cancers.This article summarizes the functions and mechanisms of epigenetic modifications,and the relationship between the alterations of these modifications and genomic instability of tumor cells.
