摘　　要：新中国成立后,针对国内发生鼠疫、血吸虫病、疟疾、副霍乱等严重流行疾病与突发性疫情,周恩来总理亲自领导、周密部署、协调各方、发动群众、精心组织,做好疾病防治工作。无论是疾病防控还是爱国卫生运动,他总是以人民的生命安全和身体健康为中心目标,坚持问题导向,注重调查研究,倡导防治结合,坚持常抓不懈。他组织领导的防疫和卫生工作给我们留下宝贵经验和启示。他在推动新中国卫生防疫工作的过程中,展现了诚于为民、勤于学习、善于团结、勇于献身的崇高精神风范。Since the foundation of new China,addressing the sudden outbreaks of severe epidemics,such as plague,schistosomiasis,malaria,paracholera,etc.,premier Zhou had carefully deployed and organized to coordinate all parties and mobilize the masses to do a good job in disease preventions and treatments as a leader.In disease preventions or patriotic health campaigns,he often attached great importance to investigations and researches with a problem-oriented attitude and advocated the combination of preventions and treatments with unremitting efforts,putting the life safety and health of people as the first place.He left us much precious experience and many inspirations with the epidemic preventions and health work led and organized by him.In the process of promoting the work of health and epidemic prevention in New China,premier Zhou set an example with a high spirit of committing to people,good at learning and unifying and dedicating himself.
