摘 要:产教融合是职业教育人才培养质量的根本保障,英国学徒制作为一种跨界合作有力支撑了英国职业教育的发展;美国的合作教育模式是美高校职业教育人才培养的重头戏;德国职业教育的成功离不开其"双元制"办学模式。梳理英、美、德等国家职业教育产教融合制度的经验,对我国职业教育的产教融合有诸多启示,首先要加快职业教育中关于产教融合的法律建设;要强化政府的主导作用,为职业教育产教融合赋予法律和政策的许可;激发行业协会的中介作用;让企业参与专业标准的制定成为产教融合的主体;提高社会对职业教育的认同。The integration of industry and education is the fundamental guarantee for the quality of vocational education personnel training.Britain apprenticeship as a cross-border cooperation system strongly supports the development of Britain vocational education.Cooperative education has become one of the most important parts of applied talents training in America.The success of German vocational education due to the model of dual system.The experience of the integration system of industry and education in Britain,America,German has a lot of enlightenment to the integration of industry and education in China’s vocational education.We should accelerate the legal construction of the integration of industry and education in vocational education.The leading role of the government should be strengthened,and laws and policies should be granted for the integration of vocational education and production.Stimulate the intermediary role of trade associations.Enterprises participate in the formulation of professional standards and become the main body of the integration of industry and education.Improve social recognition of vocational education.
