全科规培医师科研能力培养要素研究

摘　　要：目的解析全科规培医师科研能力培养要素,为如何有效提高全科规培医师科研能力提供策略。方法利用CNKI数据库平台,以"全科医师""规范化培训""科研能力"为主题词,应用文献分析法,提炼筛选出全科规培医师科研能力培养要素。利用层次分析法分析各要素的权重指数。结果共筛选出十要素,按其权重指数由高到低依次为导师制、系统科研训练、独立科研课题研究、科研团队管理、培养科研兴趣、关注临床研究、考核目标/保障、发表论文、科研奖励。结论导师制对加强我国全科规培医师科研能力培养至关重要,系统科研训练、独立科研课题研究、科研团队管理、提高科研兴趣是提升全科规培医师科研能力的重要手段。临床研究更适合于全科规培医师,制定考核目标,保障考核顺利实施,鼓励发表论文并给以奖励可进一步促进科研能力提升。Objective Assessing the factors for scientific research ability cultivation in residency training of general practitioners so as to provide strategies for improving scientific research ability of general practitioners.Methods The factors for scientific research ability cultivation in residency training of general practitioners were extracted from CNKI using general practitioners or residency training and scientific research ability as subjects.The weight coefficients of the factors were obtained with stratified analysis.Results There are ten factors were extracted.The weight coefficients from the highest to the lowest were ranked as the tutorial system,systemic scientific research training,independent scientific project performing,management of scientific research team,cultivating scientific interests,focusing on clinic research,performance objective and guarantee,publishing paper and research rewards.Conclusion The tutorial system is the most important factor for scientific research ability cultivation in residency training of general practitioners.Systemic scientific research training,independent scientific project performing,management of scientific research team and cultivating scientific interests are also important factors to it.Clinic science research is more appropriate for the general practitioners.Establishing performance objective,guaranteeing the implementation of the examination,encouraging paper published and given awards promotes the development of scientific research ability of general practitioners further.
