摘 要:本文以樱花叶为研究对象,采用超声波法提取樱花叶总黄酮,确定樱花叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,并对其抗氧化能力进行探究。樱花叶总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶35 g/mL,超声功率50 W,提取温度70℃,提取时间50 min,此条件下,樱花叶总黄酮的得率高达14.74%。樱花叶总黄酮的抗氧化能力结果表明,樱花叶总黄酮提取液的质量浓度越大,对·OH、DPPH·以及NaNO2的清除能力就越强。当樱花叶总黄酮的质量浓度为1.2 mg/mL时,对·OH的清除能力为79.12%,当樱花叶总黄酮的质量浓度为0.5 mg/mL时,对DPPH·的清除能力为94.60%,当樱花叶总黄酮的质量浓度为1.4 mg/mL时,对NaNO2的清除能力为66.55%。由此可见,樱花叶总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性,为研究开发樱花叶总黄酮提供了一定的理论依据。In this paper,the Cerasus leaves were taken as the research object,the total flavonoids of Cerasus leaves were extracted by ultrasonic method,and their antioxidant capacity was studied.The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Cerasus leaves were as follows:60%ethanol solution,1∶35 g/mL ratio of material to liquid,50 W of ultrasonic power,70℃of extraction temperature,and 50 min of extraction time.Under this condition,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Cerasus leaves reached 14.74%.The results of the antioxidant ability of Cerasus leaves showed that the higher the mass concentration of total flavonoids extract from Cerasus leaves was,the stronger the scavenging abilities of·OH,DPPH·and NaNO2 were.When the concentration of total flavonoids in Cerasus leaves was 1.2 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of·OH reached 79.12%.When the concentration of total flavonoids in Cerasus leaves was 0.5 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of DPPH·reached 94.60%.When the concentration of total flavonoids in Cerasus leaves was 1.4 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of NaNO2 reached 66.55%.Therefore,the total flavonoids of Cerasus leaves had good antioxidant activity,which provided a theoretical basis for the research and development of total flavonoids of Cerasus leaves.
