摘　　要：为培养五年制高职物流专业学生的职业岗位能力,针对目前该专业的实践课程教学现状,文章提出充分利用校内实训室、校内外实习基地,开展"三段式"实践教学模式,教学过程从行业认知到综合岗位技能实训,再到顶岗实习,逐渐形成以学生个性发展为主线的人才培养方式,满足物流企业的技能型人才需求。To train students of five-year higher vocational logistics professional post ability, aiming at the current situation of professional practice teaching, this article put forward the training room, make full use of campus practice base, face-to-face to carry out the" three-step" practice teaching mode, teaching process from industry cognition to comprehensive skills training, to the field work, and gradually form to the student individuality development as the main line of talent training mode, meet the demand of logistics enterprises of skilled talents.
