摘　　要：目前部分高职院校工科专业常用传感器技术实训设备已明显落后于工业现场传感器技术,已不适应高职院校传感器技术课程的教学与实训需求。为此,我们研究设计了新型多功能传感器实训箱。新型实训箱克服了老旧传感器实训箱存在的一些缺陷,它的开放性设计,便于直观形象性教学和学习;结构模块化,有利于训练学生的动手安装能力;增加的单片机处理技术,可以培养提升学生的编程能力。新型实训箱设计与功能接近工业现场传感器,能够很好地满足高职院校传感器技术课程教学与实训的要求。Currently,the sensor technology practical training equipment of the technical majors from part of the higher vocational colleges has significantly lagged behind the industrial field sensor technology in china,which has not met to the teaching and practical training needs of the higher vocational colleges.Due to this reason,we have done research on this problem and designed a new multifunctional sensor training equipment box.The new practical training box gets ride of some defects of the old-fashioned one,its open and transparent design is beneficial to the vivid and intuitive teaching and study,modular structure could develop the students'equipment installation ability,and the added single chip microcomputer processing technology could promote the students'programming ability.The design and function of the new practical training equipment box is close to the industrial field sensors,which could meet the needs of sensor technology teaching and practical training of the higher vocational colleges well.
