摘　　要：在着眼于中国教育现代化2035,把国家开放大学建成世界一流开放大学的背景下,实践环节毕业论文教学质量的提升显得尤其重要,它是“创优提质”战略中的重要环节。安徽广播电视大学中文教学团队牢记使命,经过长期的实践和探索,在毕业论文教学上形成了规范的“3541工作法”模式,保证了汉语言文学专业毕业论文的质量。“3541工作法”也是教师仁爱之心的展现,体现了以人为本的教育思想。In the context of China’s modernization of education in 2035,and the establishment of the National Open University as a world-class open university,the improvement quality of graduation thesis appears particularly vital,serving as an important link in quality improvement strategy.The Chinese language and literature teaching team of Anhui Radio and Television University keeps the mission in mind.After long-term practice and exploration,a standardized model of“3541 working method”has been formed in the teaching of graduation thesis,which guarantees the quality of graduation thesis of the Chinese language and literature major.The“3541 working method”is also a manifestation of the teachers’benevolence,which embodies the people-oriented educational thought.
