摘  要:公安院校师德建设既需要公安教师道德自觉,也需要公安院校的机制约束。公安教师应在师德认知的基础上建构师德,提升师能,强化师爱,以自组织系统涵养师德;公安院校应以师德建设培训机制强化公安教师责任担当,以师德建设约束机制规范公安教师师德行为,以师德建设监督机制提升公安教师师德践行能力,以师德建设激励机制引导教师追求自我完善,以师德建设保障机制为教师发展提供更好平台,培养造就高素质专业化公安教师队伍。The construction of teacher ethics in public security colleges needs not only the ethics consciousness of teachers,but also the mechanism restriction of public security colleges.The teachers in public security colleges should start from building their teacher ethics on the basis of teacher ethics cognition,improving their ability,strengthening their love,and maintaining their teacher ethics through the self-organization system.Public security colleges should strengthen their teachers responsibility through the teacher ethics training mechanism,standardize the teacher ethics behavior through the restraint mechanism of teacher ethics construction,improve the teacher ethics practice ability through the supervision mechanism of teacher ethics construction,encourage teachers to pursue self-improvement through the incentive mechanism of teacher ethics construction,provide a better platform for their teachers development through the guarantee mechanism of teacher ethics construction,and cultivate a high-quality professional team of their teachers.
