摘  要:留学生教育是目前我国医学教育的重要组成部分.在留学生妇产科临床实习过程中,由于语言障碍、交流沟通欠缺以及妇产科学临床教学的特殊性等原因,教师们没能将临床知识技能有效传递给学生、学生也难以高效地接受临床理论和实践教育.为此,我们进行了系列措施的尝试,有效提高了教学质量和效果.首先,加强师资培训,进一步提高教师的语言、沟通和教学技能.其次,采取导师带教、同伴教学和模拟实训教学法等多种教学方式,有效提高教学效率.最后,我们使用多种评价方法评估教学效果,评价学生学习情况,取得了良好的结果.Education for international students is an important part of medical education in China.During the clinical practice of international students in obstetrics and gynecology,due to language barriers,lack of communication and the particularity of clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology,teachers failed in clinical knowledge and skills transfer to students,and it was challenged for students to efficiently accept clinical theories and practical education.Therefore,we carried out a series of trials to effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching.First,teacher training was strengthened to further improve teachers’language,communication,and teaching skills.Secondly,multiple teaching methods such as tutor teaching,peer teaching,and simulated training teaching methods were adopted to effectively improve teaching efficiency.Finally,multiple evaluation methods were applied to evaluate the teaching performance and evaluate the student’s learning outcome,which achieved good results.
